If no concerns are raised within this period, the service is deemed successfully delivered, and our no-refund policy takes effect.


2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services once they have been successfully delivered and accepted (as defined above). Digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, content creation, ad campaigns) require upfront resource allocation, and refunds cannot be provided after work is completed.


3. Cancellation Policy

A. Before Service Commencement

  • If you cancel your order before work begins, you may request a partial refund. A 15% administrative fee will apply to cover processing costs.

B. After Service Commencement

  • Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued. You remain responsible for full payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or revisions may be considered only in these cases:

  • Technical Errors: If we fail to deliver the service due to a verifiable technical error on our end.
  • Service Not Rendered: If the service was not provided as outlined in your agreement.
